This article explains how invoices are issued and how billing cycles work for Carriers with a Premium subscription on Loadlink Connect.

Billing Cycles #

Premium Carrier subscriptions are available in the following billing cycles:

• Monthly
• Quarterly
• Yearly

You can choose your preferred cycle when subscribing. Your plan renews automatically based on the selected term unless cancelled.

Invoices #

• A tax invoice is generated each time a payment is processed
• Invoices include the subscription period, amount paid, and payment method used
• All invoices are sent to the email address linked to your Loadlink account

You can also download past invoices directly from your Subscription or Billing section in the dashboard.

Payment Processing #

Payments are processed securely at the time of subscription or renewal. If a payment fails, your account may revert to free Carrier access until updated.
