# Invoices and Billing Cycles (Loadlink Connect)

This article explains how invoices are issued and how billing cycles work for Carriers with a Premium subscription on Loadlink Connect.

### Billing Cycles

Premium Carrier subscriptions are available in the following billing cycles:

- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Yearly

You can choose your preferred cycle when subscribing. Your plan renews automatically based on the selected term unless cancelled.

### Invoices

- A tax invoice is generated each time a payment is processed
- Invoices include the subscription period, amount paid, and payment method used
- All invoices are sent to the email address linked to your Loadlink account

You can also download past invoices directly from your **Subscription** or **Billing** section in the dashboard.

### Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely at the time of subscription or renewal. If a payment fails, your account may revert to free Carrier access until updated.
