Parcel Freight offers two billing methods depending on the type of account you hold. This article explains how billing is handled for credit card users and trade account holders.
Credit Card Payment (Standard Accounts) #
- Payment is made at the time of booking
- Accepted cards include Visa and Mastercard
- A tax invoice is sent to your email after payment is processed
- No deferred payment terms are available under this option
This method applies to users who have created an account but have not been approved for a trade account.
Trade Account Billing #
- Approved trade accounts are billed on 7, 14, or 30-day payment terms
- Invoices are issued automatically to your registered email address
- Payment instructions are included on each invoice
- Bookings made through the website or via integrated online stores (WooCommerce or Shopify) are included in your billing cycle
If payment is not received by the due date, access to the platform may be restricted until the account is brought up to date.
Invoicing Schedule #
- Invoices are itemised and include job reference numbers
- The billing schedule follows the agreed payment term from your application
