Trade accounts are available for businesses that require flexible payment terms, frequent bookings, or integration with an online store. This article explains who can apply and how the process works.
Who Should Apply #
A trade account is required if you:
- Want to be invoiced on 7, 14, or 30-day payment terms
- Make regular freight bookings
- Use the Parcel Freight service through a connected WooCommerce or Shopify store
Casual users who pay by credit card at the time of booking do not need to apply for a trade account.
How to Apply #
To apply, complete the online trade application form:
https://parcelfreight.loadlinkconnect.com.au/trade-application
The form will request:
- Business name and ABN
- Contact information
- Preferred billing cycle (7, 14, or 30 days)
- Estimated monthly freight volume
All applications are reviewed by the Loadlink team. Approval is based on the information provided.
What Happens After Approval #
Once approved:
- Your account will be converted to a trade account
- Bookings will be invoiced based on your selected payment terms
- If you’re connecting via WooCommerce or Shopify, your plugin will begin working with your trade account credentials
If your application is not approved, you can continue to use the platform by paying with a credit card per booking.
