Is it free to use Loadlink Connect? #

Yes. Creating an account and listing loads as a Shipper is completely free. Carriers can also register for free and browse a limited number of loads. To unlock full access, Carriers can upgrade to a Premium subscription.

Can I use the same account to be both a Shipper and a Carrier? #

Yes. One account can be used for both roles. You can post loads as a Shipper and respond to jobs as a Carrier using the same login. Your dashboard will show the appropriate tools based on what you want to do.

How do Carriers contact Shippers? #

When a Shipper posts a load, verified Carriers can view the listing and reach out directly using the contact details provided. Contact is made by phone or email.

How do I upgrade to a Premium Carrier account? #

Log in to your Loadlink Connect dashboard and select the upgrade option. Premium plans unlock unlimited load access and full contact visibility. Payment is managed securely through the portal.

What kinds of loads can I post? #

You can post most types of freight, including:

Are Carriers verified? #
