Carriers can use Loadlink Connect to view available loads, submit quotes, and connect directly with shippers across Australia. The onboarding process is designed to be simple, with access available through a free account and optional upgrades for unlimited usage.
Step 1: Register a Carrier Account #
To get started, visit:
https://portal.loadlinkconnect.com.au/register/
Select Carrier during registration and complete the required contact and business information.
Carrier accounts are open to:
- Independent owner-operators
- Small to medium transport businesses
- Larger haulage and logistics companies
There is no cost to create a Carrier account.
Step 2: Complete Your Carrier Profile #
After registration:
- Log in to your Loadlink Connect dashboard
- Add business details, areas of service, and transport capabilities
- Upload any relevant compliance documents (e.g. insurance, ABN, licences)
This step is important. Verified carriers are prioritised in the system and are more likely to receive interest from shippers.
Step 3: Browse and Quote on Loads #
Once your profile is active:
- View available loads in your dashboard
- Filter by region, freight type, or availability
- Submit quotes directly to shippers
Shippers may contact you by phone or email to confirm details or negotiate rates.
Free accounts have limited access to available loads. To unlock full access and additional tools, you can upgrade to a Premium Carrier account.
Step 4: Upgrade to Premium (Optional) #
Premium accounts include:
- Unlimited access to listed loads
- Access to all shipper contact details
- Higher visibility within the platform
Upgrading is optional and can be done from your dashboard at any time.
