3. App Description and Purpose
The Loadlink Parcel Freight App connects a merchant’s Shopify store to the Loadlink Parcel Freight platform in order to:
- Calculate live freight rates during checkout
- Submit freight booking requests for confirmed orders
- Facilitate parcel and freight consignments with carriers
The App only accesses and processes data that is required to calculate rates and complete freight bookings.
4. Information We Collect
4.1 Merchant Information
We may collect and process the following merchant-related data:
- Shopify store name and store URL
- Shopify store ID
- Merchant contact details (such as email address)
- App configuration and settings
- Support communications and technical logs
