# Using the Shipper Dashboard

The Shipper dashboard is your central location for managing your activity on Loadlink Connect.

### **What You Can Do in the Dashboard**

- View active and completed loads
- Monitor quotes received
- Edit listing details
- Remove or close a listing
- Track contact from Carriers

### **How It Works**

- New listings appear in the dashboard immediately
- Status indicators show whether a listing is active or completed
- You will receive email notifications for any Carrier responses or updates

Keeping your listings up to date in the dashboard helps attract better Carrier engagement.
