# Understanding Load Statuses

In Loadlink Connect, every listed load is assigned a status to help Shippers and Carriers track its progress. This article explains what each status means and how to manage them from the **Manage Loads** section of your dashboard.

### **Available Statuses**

**Active**
The load is live and visible to verified Carriers. It can receive quotes and direct contact from interested providers.

**In Review**
The load is being reviewed by the Loadlink team. This may occur if certain details are missing or need clarification. Listings in this status are not yet visible to Carriers.

**Fulfilled**
The job has been completed. This status should be applied once a Carrier has been selected and the freight has been delivered. It removes the load from active listings.

**Archived**
The load has been manually removed or is no longer relevant. Archived listings are retained for your records but are not visible in the live marketplace.

### **Managing Load Statuses**

To update the status of a load:

1. Go to **Manage Loads** from your dashboard
2. Locate the load you want to update
3. Select the appropriate status from the available options
4. Save the change

Keeping your load statuses accurate ensures other users can clearly see which jobs are available and helps maintain a clean dashboard.
