# Shipper Onboarding Process

The onboarding process for Shippers on Loadlink Connect is quick and straightforward. Whether you're listing a single job or managing regular freight bookings, setting up an account takes only a few minutes.

### **Step 1: Register a Shipper Account**

Visit:
[https://portal.loadlinkconnect.com.au/register/](https://portal.loadlinkconnect.com.au/register/)

Fill in the required contact information and create a secure login. Registration is open to:

- Individuals sending freight occasionally
- Businesses managing regular logistics
- Organisations with complex freight requirements

There is no cost to register a Shipper account on Loadlink.

### **Step 2: Confirm Access to the Dashboard**

After registering:

- Log in using your email and password
- Access the Loadlink Connect dashboard
- From here, you can post new loads, manage activity, and receive updates
