Parcel Freight offers flexible booking options for both casual users and regular business customers. This article provides a general overview of account types and how billing is handled.

### Single Bookings With Credit Card

- Anyone can book through the Parcel Freight website using the standard booking form
- No trade account is required
- Payment is made securely by credit card at the time of booking

### Trade Accounts

- Trade accounts are designed for businesses that book freight regularly
- Once approved, you’ll be invoiced on your selected billing cycle (7, 14, or 30 days)
- A trade account is required if you plan to use Parcel Freight through an online store integration

### Online Store Integrations

If you're using Parcel Freight via:

- WooCommerce plugin
- Shopify app

You must have an approved trade account. These integrations are not available for credit card-only bookings.
