# Managing Your Loads in the Dashboard

Once you've posted a load, it appears in your **Manage Loads** section within the Loadlink Connect portal. This area gives you full control over your active, completed, or archived listings.

This article outlines how to monitor, update, and manage your load activity from the dashboard.

### **Where to Find the Manage Loads Section**

1. Log in to your Loadlink Connect account
2. Select **Manage Loads** from the main navigation menu
3. You'll see a list of all loads you've posted, sorted by most recent

Each listing displays key details, including:

- Status (e.g. Active, Completed)
- Load title
- Pickup and dropoff suburbs
- Date listed
- Quote activity

### **Load Statuses**

- **Active**: Listing is currently visible to Carriers
- **Completed**: Job has been fulfilled or marked as completed
- **Archived**: Listing is no longer active and has been removed from the marketplace

You can filter or search loads using the available tools in this section.

### **Available Actions**

For each load, you can:

- **View details**: Open the full listing, including all entered information
- **Edit**: Update the pickup/delivery details, description, or contact information
- **Close listing**: Mark a job as no longer accepting quotes
- **Delete**: Permanently remove the listing from your dashboard

### **Tracking Carrier Responses**

- Carrier interest is displayed in the load summary
- If a Carrier contacts you directly (via phone or email), their details are available in the listing
- You will also receive email notifications when a Carrier submits a quote or shows interest

### **Best Practices**

- Keep listings updated if availability or delivery requirements change
- Mark jobs as completed to keep your dashboard organised
- Remove duplicate or incorrect listings to avoid confusion
- Respond promptly to quotes to secure availability with your preferred Carrier
