# Free Trials (Loadlink Connect)

Loadlink Connect offers a free trial for new Carrier accounts to explore the platform before committing to a subscription.

### Who Is Eligible

- All new Carrier accounts are eligible for a free trial
- The trial is automatically applied after registration
- Shippers do not require a trial, as the platform is free for Shipper use

### What the Free Trial Includes

During the trial, Carriers can:

- View a limited number of active loads
- Access contact details for selected Shipper listings
- Submit quotes and communicate directly

The trial is intended to give new users a chance to experience the platform before choosing a Premium Carrier plan.

### Trial Limitations

- Load access is limited compared to a Premium subscription
- Full contact visibility and advanced filters are only available to Premium users
- Trial access ends automatically after the initial usage limit is reached

To continue with unrestricted access, Carriers can upgrade to a Premium plan from their dashboard at any time.
