# Adjusting Your Notification Settings

The **Notification Settings** section in Loadlink Connect allows users to set their preferred contact method for updates related to load activity and account communication.

### **How to Update Your Contact Settings**

1. Log in to your Loadlink Connect account
2. Go to **My Account → Notification Settings**
3. Select your **preferred contact method** (e.g. phone or email)
4. Save your changes

This contact method will be used by other users (e.g. Carriers or Shippers) when responding to your listed loads.
